I Wanna Be An Old Lady…SOA

I Wanna Be An Old Lady…SOA

Snookums and I recently hopped on the Son’s of Anarchy train or shall I say Harley. I know, I know, we are a day late and a dollar short right? That series ended this last year, but that’s the beauty of Netflix, we don’t have to wait a week or a whole off season to watch the next episode! That is also the downfall to Netflix…we are exhausted! We are frequently saying to each other “want to watch one more?” and before we know it midnight has struck. I have to say I can not believe we missed out on this series when it was actually airing…IT’S GREAT!!! Well that is if you can get past the complete disregard for human life:) While I sit and watch this I ask myself “are MC clubs really like this?” I’m sure the answer is yes, there are probably some pretty rough clubs out there. I’m also sitting there thinking how cool it would be to be Jax Teller’s old lady, in the show that is. Of course in real life if I had to choose between being Jax Teller’s old lady or Snookums old lady, I choose Snooks any day!! Your welcome honey:) I want you to remember those words when Sandra Bullock comes knocking on our door one of these days.

For years I read my Facebook friends status about SOA and I am so happy that I now know what the heck SOA stands for! Maybe I should have taken the time to Google SOA but I didn’t so I feel like this inside know has now been revealed. Oh and please don’t come find me and kill me for saying this but I kinda like Gemma Teller-Morrow. Sorry, but it looks to me like she has a mad love for her family! Keep in mind I’m only in the middle of season 4…and I will have to let time be the judge of whether or not my feelings for her stay the same. And, who wouldn’t want a bestie like Opie??

I’m learning quite a bit from this television series and I wanted to share a few of those with you. Besides, I figured all of you Samcro lovers out there are probably still mourning the series finale of this epic show and a reminder of the good ol days will be well appreciated. Your welcome:) I secretly…well I guess it’s not so much a secret now, wish I was a member of Son’s of Anarchy…pre – cartel:)

15 things I’ve learned so far from the Son’s…

1. A rat is a rat and a rat is BAD!!!

2. Old ladies are SO COOL!!!

3. Relationships based on lies will always be brought to light and the truth will be told.

4. Eye for an eye is still a strongly accepted concept in certain groups.

5. Teller-Morrow family chili recipe: optional- for spicier chili add 1 severed head.

6. Porn stars have rights too.

7. Family isn’t just blood and a brothers blood is just as easy to spill as the enemy’s under certain circumstances.

10. Bikers wear white Nikes at least the bad a** ones do anyway:)

11. Tig is odd.

12. Clay is crazy.

13. Unser should get a patch, that man knows things….

14. Piney for President!!

15. Bobby Elvis should probably find another side job, because this whole Elvis impersonation thing is questionable.

What are some things you all have learned from watching SOA, please indulge me!!!

Thanks for reading!!

The Reliable One…

The Reliable One…

i-am-womanDecember 17, 2014

Yesterday as I was rushing my children along while they were cleaning their rooms, I thought about something… By pushing them to hurry along am I doing a good job at teaching them about quality vs. quantity? This is such an important concept to learn, it can be applied to just about everything you do in your lifetime! So in the middle of their cleaning frenzy, I made myself clear…I think…I tried explaining to them that; although, I am wanting them to clean their room in a timely manner, I am also expecting them to do it right. So, therefore, the quantity of toys they pick up isn’t necessarily as important as how well (quality) they do it. If they are just shoving a bunch of toys under their bed, that only causes more work for us later! When we are in a rush we have a tendency to overlook things, or “shelf” something for later. The quality of our work and effort is much more valuable than the quantity.

Have you ever found yourself overwhelmed with jobs? You try your best to do what you think God wants you to do, but you soon realize that you have volunteered for too many jobs and you have stretched yourself so thin that you are unable to give your best to everything you have volunteered for. You become “the one they can rely on”, in other words, you are the one that never says no! I understand, because I was once this person. I stretched myself so thin trying to be the good servant that I thought God wanted me to be that everything collapsed on top and I ended up “hiding” in a corner for awhile not doing anything at all! I had so much on my “to do” list that I wasn’t giving my best to any of it, each item was only getting what was left of me.

It was hard to learn how to say no, but eventually I did. Of course I still struggle with this word today, unless you ask my children, and they would say no was my favorite word! I realized that God cared more about the quality of my work for him rather than how much I was doing for him. We have to keep in mind that our works alone do not get us into heaven. God wants to see that our hearts are in the right place. If we collect too many things to do our plates become full and our hearts start becoming resentful for what we have to do. God knows you better than you know you! He wants you to know that it’s okay to step down from the list that you have created for yourself and choose only one job to give your all too. It’s okay to take a breather and reflect on what path he wants you to follow. It is better to give 100% to one job for our God, than to only give 10% to ten different jobs for our God! Quality is always better than quantity!

Daily Bible Verses:

Ephesians 2:8-9 “ For it is by grace you have been saved, through faith—and this is not from yourselves, it is the gift of God— not by works, so that no one can boast.”

Colossians 3:23 “Whatever you do, work at it with all your heart, as working for the Lord, not for human masters,”

Galatians: 6:9 “Let us not become weary in doing good, for at the proper time we will reap a harvest if we do not give up.”

Daily Prayer:

Dear Heavenly Father,

Thank you for loving me so graciously and blessing me greatly! Please help me to stay grounded in my work that I do for you, help me to remember to not take on too much so that I may not grow weary in my service to you. May all my works bring glory to your name and help to build your kingdom! Amen.

Sport God’s

“Do not make idols or set up an image or a sacred stone for yourselves, and do not place a carved stone in your land to bow down before it. I am the Lord your God.” Leviticus 26:1. Okay, well that is an easy one right? It should be, but there are many times when we make idols out of what we would think to be ordinary everyday things. For instance: sports, money, shopping, our favorite television show, a hobby, it could even be something as healthy as exercising, or it could be a more serious addiction such as, drugs or alcohol. An idol can be defined as a person or thing that is greatly admired, loved and worshiped. When we start letting one of these things control our way of thinking and dictate our schedules and moods, then we have given it priority in our lives and it becomes an idol.

I think about our family’s schedule with having six kids. Right now, only three of them are in sports regularly and it is hectic! It has slowed down this month but in the fall we had some kind of sport obligation everyday of the week, even Sunday. Between football, soccer, swim, and basketball we let ourselves lose sight of what was truly important. We became so busy that we started skipping church on Sunday and we allowed our moods to be altered by our over crammed calendar, and a lot of the times when we were talking with each other we were using rushed words with irritated tones. The love our children have for their sport and the love we have for watching them play became our idol before we even realized it.

When we idolize people or objects we don’t leave much room in our lives for our devotion to God. If we are too busy going to practices and games to worship our Lord, what are we saying to him? I am guilty of this, not just with the various sports in my life but with other things too. Too often I let outside sources take over my thoughts and my mood. God wants our undivided attention and when we give him our attention he shows favor in our lives. If we would just make him the center of our life, he would unscramble our schedule and check marks would start appearing on our to do list! Our lives would fall in sync with God and our limits would be limitless, our cant’s would turn into can’s, and our spirits would be filled with joy, warmth and light. God want’s to inhabit our beings 100%. Do you need to make room for him? You better get to cleaning!!

Bible Verses:

Psalm 115:4-8 “But their idols are silver and gold, made by human hands. They have mouths, but cannot speak, eyes, but cannot see. They have ears, but cannot hear, noses, but cannot smell. They have hands, but cannot feel, feet, but cannot walk, nor can they utter a sound with their throats. Those who make them will be like them, and so will all who trust in them.”

Colossians 3:5 “Put to death, therefore, whatever belongs to your earthly nature: sexual immorality, impurity, lust, evil desires and greed, which is idolatry.”

Luke 16:13  “No one can serve two masters. Either you will hate the one and love the other, or you will be devoted to the one and despise the other. You cannot serve both God and money.”

Lord, forgive me for putting objects before you. I love you Lord and I choose to serve you all the days of my life. Please show favor on my family and give me a clear view of how my days should go. Watch over my family and help us to remember to keep you at the center of our lives. In your Son’s Holy name, Amen.

Need Some Help??

Christmas should be a time of celebration, a time to give and show Christ’s love to all, just as God showed his love for us that sacred night many years ago with a baby in a manger. But too often this time of year highlights all that you don’t have. Maybe you don’t have the money for presents for your children, a tree for your children to decorate, or even food to eat for Christmas dinner. Maybe you have no family, or you are desperately missing one that was taken from you and is no longer here on earth to celebrate with you. There are so many reasons to be sad, depressed, stressed and lonely during the Christmas season, but there is only ONE true reason for hope, ONE reason that transcends all, ONE reason that conquers all, ONE reason that makes the impossible possible and that is the ONE true reason for the season, Jesus Christ, Immanuel- God with us. Because he has shown me and my family what true love is and what it looks like through the acts of others we want to show you! I am excited to bring Christmas Joy to families in need with ModernMom.com. Together, we will be picking two families, one from Oklahoma and another from the Los Angeles, California area. We want to help more families and plan on extending this blessing to more families next year!! If you need help or know of a family that does please follow the link! http://www.modernmom.com/lending-a-helping-hand-this-holiday-season-105408.html

Thank you for being YOU!!!

Do You See What I See?

It is hard living in the world we live in. I find it so easy to see nothing but hate, sadness, tragedy, and despair. It is a cold and lonely place out there. We are all pitted against each other in a time when we would gain so much more if we were cheering for each other. This is why I choose not to live of this world but of another. I choose to live in my Father’s kingdom.

Do you see what I see? I see a world full of hearts performing random acts of kindness, just because. I see beauty in the different colors and cultures that this world is made of. I see wonder and innocence in the eyes of children. Do you see what I see? I see people deserving of love around every corner I turn. I see scholars, creatives, optimists, and believers walking down the streets. I see moms, dads, grandparents, children, cousins, aunts, uncles, brothers and sisters all around me. I see dreams being made and goals being reached.

Do you hear what I hear? I turn on the news and I hear of people’s lives being taken by fires, famine, and war. I hear of hate crimes and racial accusations. I hear of elderly people being scammed out of their life savings. I hear of women, even children being raped and bullied. I hear of horrifying diseases spreading rampantly throughout towns and countries. I hear a whole lot of he said she said. I hear the news anchors scaring us into believing that we will soon be out of jobs and homes. I hear political sides accusing each other of stealing, lying and cheating. I hear of kids killing kids and killing themselves because the thought of living a full life in this world is too unbearable to think. I hear people who don’t believe in my God, hating people who do, and people who do, hating those that don’t. I hear racism and fear in voices who are afraid of difference and opposing beliefs.

Do you feel what I feel? I feel hope, because I know that God has my life under control (Ephesians 1:11). I feel love, because God sent his only son to die for me (John 3:16). I feel wonder because everything that I believe in is more than my simple mind can comprehend (John 20:29). I feel power because through Christ I can do anything (Matthew 19:26). I feel triumph because my war has already been won (Exodus 14:13-14). I feel rested and burden free because his yolk is easy and his burden is light (Matthew 11:29-30). I feel happy because God knows what my tomorrow brings (Proverbs 31:25).

Do you think what I think? I think that if Christians would show love instead of hate, people would be more open to hearing what God’s message is. I think that the human race needs to grow up and stop blaming everything on one another’s color, culture, and religion. I think that we should teach our children, the new generation, how to love one another and support one another through actions and not words alone. I think that we should love each other because of our differences. I think we should live our lives by a simple code of respect and humility. I think that we should take joy in the small things in life and be thankful that we are even breathing.

Do you choose what I choose? I choose to love my neighbor. I choose to be a building block for others. I choose to raise my children with a smile and a hug. I choose to let my children learn the freedom of choice and the consequences that accompany. I choose not to judge the homeless man, the drug addict, the prostitute, the felon. I choose not to judge the tired looking mom in the store. I choose not to hate the person who loves the same sex. I choose to love my family everyday. I choose to forgive and forgive again. I choose not to be afraid of those who have different spiritual beliefs than me. Again, I choose to love my neighbor. I choose to overlook the negativity. I choose to break the mold, redirect the path, and stop the cycle. I choose patience. I choose not to fall for temptation and instant gratification. I choose to believe in something I can’t see. I choose to dream big. I choose to be a light to lead others to grace, mercy, forgiveness and love.

If we ever want to see a change in this world for the better, we have to start being better people. We have to stop blaming our problems on everything and everybody else and start looking at ourselves first. We have to stop believing everything we see and hear on the news. We have to stop fearing change and embrace it. We have to stop hating people whose views are not the same as ours. We have to stop judging others for their personal and spiritual choices and freedoms. We have to stop blaming everything on race and culture. Open your eyes and look around, this world is becoming blended and we are all still guilty of trying to draw lines between us. We need to have respect for one another, love one another, give to one another, and pray for one another. We need to stop being people of this world but striving to be people of a higher world, our Father’s world.

I see the best in people, I hear laughter, I feel forgiveness, I think joyfully, I choose LOVE. How about you?

Today is suppose to be a time of Thanksgiving for all that we are thankful for, but too often it is a time of hopelessness, sadness, and fear. In the midst of all the happiness happening around us, some people are dealing with disease, famine, grief and depression. To a person that is happy and content with everything in their life, it is hard to imagine how a person can not be happy during this time. But there are grieving people all over and for them they have a hard time finding something to be thankful for.

To those of you who are finding it hard to be happy right, I am here to tell you…You have a beautiful reason to be thankful! Our father in heaven sent his most perfect gift for you to live a life without sin and full of grace and love. Only to suffer a beating beyond our capacity to even imagine so that he could be hung on a cross and die for you and me, for our sins. He then rose from the dead to show us that his father, our father and the gift given to us is no match for death! Then he left us with the Holy Spirit, so that his peace and conviction would also dwell within us and he ascended into the skies to be seated at the right hand of our heavenly father, to await the day until we could all be reunited! This my friend is a reason to rejoice!

In the midst of your sorrow, whatever storm you may be riding, take rest because you have the holy one carrying you through it all. You are not alone and you are loved. God is everywhere and anywhere and his love is everlasting and never fails. He is the one constant in your ever changing life and he wants you to give him your cares and take his peace. He loves you and I love you.

To those of you who are happy… I ask for you to show love today. Show grace, mercy and kindness today and everyday. Smile at someone who may look angry, your smile may be just what they need. Invite someone to dinner that may be alone. Pray. Give. Love.

Daily Bible Verses:

Philippians 4:6 “Do not be anxious about anything, but in every situation, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God.”

2 Thessalonians 3:16 “ Now may the Lord of peace himself give you peace at all times and in every way. The Lord be with all of you.”

John 16:33 “I have said these things to you, that in me you may have peace. In the world you will have tribulation. But take heart; I have overcome the world.”

Daily Prayer:

Dear Heavenly Father,

Lord, I want to ask for peace to overcome all of those who are hurting, depressed and sad. Please, wrap them in your arms and let them feel your warmth and love. Place them in the path of someone who will show them your love here on earth as well. Amen.

Happy ‘Pinning’ Y’all!!

“But, Johnny’s mom does it!” says the child. “Well, I am not Johnny’s mom” says the irritated mother. This is one of those age old scenarios that has probably played out in different homes, speaking different languages all across the world! Thank God, we aren’t Johnny’s mom, right?! Because if we were Johnny’s mom, we wouldn’t be our little ones mom.

God made us all different, with different features, likes, styles, and talents. You get what you get and don’t throw a fit, right? Wrong, although, that may be true for the piece of cake you get handed to you at a birthday party, it is not true for your purpose in life! God specifically made you the way you are for his purpose, he gave you the children that you have for a reason! It is our job to use our gifts that we have been given to build God’s kingdom, our job as mom’s is to train up children in the way they should go (Proverbs 22:6). Sounds easy enough…so why do we make it so hard?

I’m sure that in the days before the ‘world wide web’ mom’s felt inadequate, but in this day and age our inadequacies seem to be plastered or ‘pinned’ everywhere we look! Mom’s get discouraged hourly with just a quick scroll through Facebook, Pinterest, or countless other social media outlets. We are envious of the mom who baked an apple pie, from scratch, only using all natural, gluten free products. We think, why can’t I have the time to make my kid’s Halloween costume like ‘Suzy’ down the street. We feel like bad mom’s when we realize that the pack of baby wipes that we just finished was recalled for being contaminated with bacteria, and then of course it doesn’t help when we read the comments about this and find out that other moms actually make their own wipes! You can make your own wipes?! Who knew!

God made us perfect in his image for his purpose, and it is up to us to fulfill that purpose he has for our lives. He gave us the children we have for a specific reason, and he equipped us with our own talents that are unlike the mom who can make her own wipes… for a specific purpose! So, instead of being envious of the mom on Pinterest, ask God to reveal to you what your talents are and get to ‘pinning’ them in your life and not just on your computer! You have a purpose and it is beautiful, so start living it!

Daily Bible Verses:

1 Peter 4:10 “Each of you should use whatever gift you have received to serve others, as faithful stewards of God’s grace in its various forms.”

Romans 12:6-8 “We have different gifts, according to the grace given to each of us. If your gift is prophesying, then prophesy in accordance with your faith; if it is serving, then serve; if it is teaching, then teach; if it is to encourage, then give encouragement; if it is giving, then give generously; if it is to lead, do it diligently; if it is to show mercy, do it cheerfully.”

Matthew 5:14-16 ““You are the light of the world. A town built on a hill cannot be hidden. Neither do people light a lamp and put it under a bowl. Instead they put it on its stand, and it gives light to everyone in the house. In the same way, let your light shine before others, that they may see your good deeds and glorify your Father in heaven.”

Daily Prayer:

Dear Heavenly Father,

Lord, please open my eyes to the talents you have woven in me and I will use them according to your will. Help me to remember that I am unique and beautiful in your eyes and I need not to compare myself to anyone else. Help me to be the best I can be with the gifts you have given me and please guide me as I set my children on the path that you have destined for them. Thank you Lord for the blessings you have given me. In Jesus’ name I pray, Amen.

As For Me and My House We Shall Serve The Breast…

Breast is best, isn’t that what they always say? Well for some people the bottle = sanity and that’s okay too! Out of six kids I breast fed two of them. Gasp….yes, only two, now before you call all the organnies out and start protesting on my front lawn, let me explain…I didn’t feel comfortable letting my first born or my second for that matter, eat off my boob and by the time I got to my third, I was on the fence about the whole matter but I didn’t want to give one child a better advantage than the other two, that wouldn’t be fair, would it? I was also under the impression that I would basically be confined to my house, being milked the whole first year of my child’s life. When our fourth child graced us with his presence, I felt like I had no other choice but to breast feed, with the economy the way it was and that thing they call inflation, and the fact that every time you turned on the news their was a recall on some brand of formula I was scared to even look at a bottle! Plus, during a play date, a friend of mine pulled out this thing called a hooter hider and nursed her baby in the middle of McDonald’s play place unbeknownst to anyone! I was intrigued, this simple act completely defused my prior thoughts of being chained up at home.

So I whipped out the ol’ milk jugs for baby #4, I was unable to nurse #5, and #6 also got the best of my breast and currently still is! Nope I am not ashamed to still be nursing my son who isn’t quite two yet, I’m actually quite proud that I had enough dedication to stick it out this long! People, the boobs are not meant to be used as ornaments. Are you setting down, because I am about to unveil the truth to you…God intended the breast to be used for…drum roll, please….a way to feed your kid!!! Don’t feel bad, I was shocked too when I learnt this. I am fully aware that there are some people out there that are completely disgusted with breast feeding. Why is this any of their business you ask? Well apparently, they feel violated when they happen to walk up on a mother nourishing her baby. This of course usually interrupts their either a. view of the woman that is standing behind the mother, wearing a tight, provocative, dangerously low cut, cleavage bearing shirt, or b. the mother is taking attention away from the woman who is flaunting her newly purchased air bags, she is thinking ‘you know I paid good money for these, and you are taking away from the awe factor I was going for!’ Guess what, breast feeding mommies have a right to enjoy the sunshine too, I’ll keep my mouth shut about your honkers if you keep yours quiet about mine:)

I recently received a nursing gown from Savi Mom Maternity and Nursing Wear and I LOVE it! Savi Mom (follow this link to their page) is an awesome place to buy maternity and nursing wear, they are fashionable, functional and affordable! I asked them if they had any advice or funny things that they had heard or seen through out their years of experience. They were once told by a mom that while she was breast feeding, very discretely, in a restaurant at her table, someone approached her and told her that is was not appropriate to do that in public and she should go to the bathroom to nurse. This mom politely told the person that if they like to eat their meals in the bathroom that was their own personal preference, but her baby preferred eating at the table. Savi Mom’s personal advice to those of you who are trying to decide whether or not breast is best for you and yours is…”Don’t let other people’s opinions of what is right or acceptable dictate what you do. Breastfeeding is the most natural and kind thing that you can do for your baby. There is never any shame in it! Don’t let anyone ever make you feel bad about nourishing your baby, no matter where you are! Be kind to yourself. Every mom feels like she is messing up on a daily basis, it’s okay…you are doing great.”

My advice to those of you trying to make this hard decision is do what you feel comfortable doing. If you choose to breast feed your child then hooray!!! You are a brave, wonderful, great mom! Do not be ashamed because another person is insecure with your security. It is absolutely none of their business. For those moms out there that choose the bottle for your feeding needs then good for you!! You are also a brave, wonderful, great mom! You knew what was best for your family and your situation and you chose wisely. Don’t let others make you feel bad for not breast feeding, it is nobody’s business but yours!

Because I know that this is a hard decision to make…from experience, I have put together a list of pros and cons for you. Maybe this will make your decision easier!

As for me and my house we shall serve the breast!

~Rejoice for Joy~

Joy is defined as a feeling a great pleasure and happiness. Joy can be found in the darkest of times if you look hard enough. Sometimes people find joy in simple things such as a movie, a song, a book or even commercials. Then there are times of what I like to call pure joy, times like the birth of a child, a wedding, a day of adoption, or a big promotion at work. A high like that is hard to imagine coming down from but eventually what goes up must come down.  When you have experienced joy you then begin to rejoice. The definition of rejoice is: to feel or show that you are very happy about something. Rejoicing can be shown in a smile, dancing, laughter and even sometimes tears. I had the pleasure of experiencing joy and witnessing people rejoice! It was a simple act that put it in motion, the simple act of an innocent child at play…pretending to be grown up in the midst of all the grown ups pretending to be kids…

Joy was found by many walking down a random aisle at Walmart. Open your eyes to the world around you and you just may find yourself rejoicing over the joy that you found in a peculiar place! Allow yourself to stay on top of the joy mountain today!

10 Reasons Why I Don’t Always Like My Kids…

Just because I love my children unconditionally doesn’t mean that I always like my children. There are times when I hear their voice calling my name and I hide like I’m the star witness against the biggest organized crime boss in the history of the mob! They walk through the house yelling “MOooOOOoooOOMmmmMMM, where are you????”  I find myself testing there intelligence “Mom’s not here right now so leave a message after the beep” You know it’s really to hard like somebody all the time when you spend every. waking. moment. with. them! I want to live right by God but I’m no saint! I bet there are times when even God doesn’t like us very much. I know he loves us but do you honestly think that during those times of…say road rage he is thinking “awe she’s such a sweetheart, I really like her” Like when we are yelling every profanity there ever was at the car in front of us for sitting through a green light because they are soooo involved in Facebook on their phone? Yeah, I’m thinking not. I bet there will be a lot of moments throughout my kids’ lives that they aren’t going to like me either!

But for now, for you enjoyment I give you my top 10 list of…..I don’t like my kid when….

1. I don’t like my kid when… they ask for the last bite of my chocolate pie.  Ummmm…..here I guess you can because sharing is suppose to be caring, right?

2. I don’t like my kid when…I tell them to go to bed and they all of a sudden remember that they have math homework…due tomorrow!

Fine! 1+1=2, 2+2=4….now go to bed and let that sink in!

3. I don’t like my kid when…I tell him to take out the trash and he instantly gets stricken with the urge to poop.  Well you better hold it in until you get this darn trash out!

4. I don’t like my kid when…he has a sudden case of honesty at the water park. “He’s under 9.” “I AM NOT! I’m 10!” As if he is going to get 19.95’s worth out of the ‘big’ slide!

5. I don’t like my kid when…he tells his Dad about how exciting it was when the police officer asked for mommy’s license and insurance….  Ummm….now I have to poop…

6. I don’t like my kid when…I tell her to stop bugging her brother and she says (with hands on hips) “say it nice mom”. Oh I’m getting ready to say it ‘nicely’

7. I don’t like my kid when…he starts yodeling throughout the house using a high pitched, screeching sound in place of his normal voice.  Don’t quit your day job, boy.

8. I don’t like my kid when…he asks me if it’s his turn on the computer yet..is it now?…is it now?….is it now?…. Perdoname, no habla ingles.

9. I don’t like my kid when…he unnecessarily repeats things I have said. My mom says you’re lazy………   I certainly did not! never speak in front of ears again repeat never speak in front of ears again.

10. I don’t like my kid when….I give him a hug and kiss in the morning and he tells me my breath stinks.    Ha, never!

I absolutely love my kids and I would be lost without them but let’s face it sometimes kids are just plain mean. “Mom, am I getting a baby brother?!?”  “No, why do you ask that?”  “Because your belly is sooooooo BIG!”

The secret is out, mom’s are human too! So why don’t you like your kids?
